Our team will take the time to review things carefully and work with you to make things right. This may include adjustments, re-measuring, verifying your prescription, or changing to a different lens design. Our goal is always to help you feel confident in the final result.
We stand behind our products and are committed to helping you get the most from your eyewear. If you have any vision problems with your new glasses, please contact us within 90 days so we can review things together. If we can’t make you happy, we will give you a full refund.
